Application Procedure for USA Visa
Visa Requirements
Step 1. Deposit visa fee and VFS charges at HDFC bank and bank will issue Barcode for the purpose of appointment
Step 2. Complete the online web-based visa application from (DS -160) before taking appointment
Step 3.After completing the Visa form DS-160 schedule an appointment using the CEAC barcode and the HDFC bank barcode number.
Step 4.After getting appointment for a visa interview is scheduled. You will need to bring the printed Appointment Letter, CEAC confirmation page ,original HDFC visa fee receipt and below mention documents
Tourist Visa
- Passport valid at least six months
- Original HDFC bank Visa Fee Receipt
- CEAC barcode confirmation page
- 1 photographs with white background 50x50mm
- Covering letter for stating purpose of visit
- Letter from employer stating No Objection for travel to USA
- Salary slips last three months
- Bank statements last six months
- Income tax returns last three years
Business Visa
- Passport valid at least six months
- Original HDFC bank Visa Fee Receipt
- CEAC barcode confirmation
- 1 photographs with white background 50x50mm
- Covering letter for stating purpose of visit from company
- Company profile or memorandum
- Business invitation from USA Company
- Letter from employer stating No Objection for travel to USA
- Salary slips last three months
- Bank statements last six months personal and company both
- Income tax returns last three years personal and company both
